You might look at my background and think you know what I do—but hold on, my path has been anything but linear. To really understand where I stand now, you have to know where it all began.

It all started with a plot twist at 16 ~ a life-threatening illness cracked open the door to my spiritual awakening. It forced me to reclaim my body and listen to its whispers like never before. That moment planted the seed for everything that came next.

Fast forward to 2012, I became a yoga teacher, guiding people back into their bodies through breath and movement. But my curiosity about the why behind our patterns and pain led me deeper. I stepped into the mental health world as a Licensed Psychiatric Technician, learning the intricate dance of the nervous system, trauma, and human behavior.

A decade later, my studies expanded into neuro-somatic techniques and shamanic practices ~ a bridge between the seen and unseen, the mind and the spirit. But here’s the thing… after years of pouring my soul into systems that couldn’t truly see me, I realized I was meant for something bigger.

So in 2025, I reclaimed my sovereignty. I stopped fitting into titles that dimmed my light and remembered who I was before the trauma, before the conditioning, beyond ancestral karma.
