When receiving direct, private coaching it can look like talking out a problem and establishing an applicable solution. It can be co-regulation to move through an emotionally dense experience.
If you’re inquiry is inspired by something going on in your physical body or your energy, we may explore somatic movement like asana, breathing techniques, meditation, or energy work.
And sometimes, it could literally be a combination of all the above and more! Because humans are inherently multifaceted & the support I offer is multidimensional.
Prior to private sessions, Chi Yun will tap into your field with the permission of your higher self to see what is aligned with your highest good.
But of course, you have free will and if there is something important to you, Chi Yun will listen to you and incorporate that with what’s important for you. So that way your wholeness is supported.
