When receiving direct, private coaching it can look like talking out a problem and establishing an applicable solution.
If you’re inquiry is inspired by something going on in your physical body, your emotions, or energy, we may explore somatic movement like asana, breathing techniques, meditation, or energy work.
And sometimes, it could literally be a combination of all the above. Because humans are inherently multifaceted & the support I offer is multidimensional.

These sessions typically include:
