We begin by mapping your soul’s current lattice pattern with a person-centered assessment, identifying your strengths, personality, and ancestral tides.
We’ll uncover active loops, triggers, and positive supports while programming your intention into this journey.
You will walk away feeling seen, heard, and accepted.
Session 2
The Descent:
Unraveling the Roots of Survival
Through a guided meditative state, we will find the source of your pattern or deep wound that has shaped your survival. Swimming into the depths of your soul, you will remember the truth of who you were always meant to be.
Because you will face your fears or trauma, you may feel sensitive afterwards. To support your nervous system, you will be given grounding regulation tools.
Session 3
The Sovereign Return:
Integrating Sacred Action
After some rest and recovery, you will rise from the depths of your sanctuary within. Together we will clear any residue as you rewrite your narrative, integrate your gifts, and reclaim your sovereignty.
To seal in this harmonic calibration, you will be guided through somatic embodiment plus light language transmission.
