What we practice we get better at. What are you practicing?
Inside the fifth masterclass in the series Ethics of the Heart, we will review Brahmacharya: Delegating Your Chi. Often people within spiritual communities justify harmful actions because they don’t keep their energy in check. This yama aids in the reclamation of your sovereignty. The fourth yama brings a sense of security especially when committed to compassion, truth, and non-stealing. The embodiment practice will help balance your inner divine masculine and feminine energies, which also balances the scales in your outer world as well.
Inside this month’s Masterclass we will review:
~ What does it mean to delegate energy from a neuroscience perspective?
~ How can our lives become imbalanced due to external and internal factors?
~ What habit do you need to release and what habit can you replace it with?
This month’s embodiment is focused on:
Balancing the Brain & Body
~ By practicing balancing somatic flow to move into deeper embodiment
~ Pranayama to balance the left and right hemispheres of the brain & center focus
~ Reuniting the (healed) divine masculine & divine feminine within through moderation
Your Take Away:
~ Leaving with a sense of equilibrium in body, mind, and breath
~ An honest reflection of how you are leaking your energy and why
~ Learning how to replace addictive patterns with aligned actions
